Your itinerary

Explore the journey day by day. Open each day to view the details.

Arrive at the airport and transfer to Negombo. Settle into your hotel and unwind by the beach or explore the local markets and fishing villages.
Travel from Negombo to Sigiriya and visit the iconic Sigiriya Rock Fortress. Later, proceed to Polonnaruwa and explore this ancient city known for its well-preserved ruins and archaeological sites.
Spend the morning on a guided city tour of Polonnaruwa, visiting its temples, statues, and royal palaces. In the afternoon, travel to Kandy, the cultural heart of Sri Lanka.
Explore Kandy’s major attractions including the Temple of the Tooth Relic, Royal Botanical Gardens, and enjoy a traditional cultural dance performance in the evening.
Depart Kandy for Nuwara Eliya, passing through scenic landscapes. Visit tea plantations and factories, and enjoy the cool climate and colonial charm of “Little England.”
Travel from Kandy to the Southern Coast, enjoying the change in scenery. Relax at your beachside hotel or explore nearby coastal attractions.
Spend a full day at leisure on the Southern Coast. Enjoy beach activities, water sports, or visit local fishing villages and forts.
Return to Colombo. Optionally, experience Colombo’s nightlife and entertainment with visits to popular bars, clubs, or cultural shows.
